3. Use of the Website

By using the website, you agree that:

1. Blockchain interactions are irreversible and cannot be undone.
2. You should pay gas fee for each transaction you send. Gas fee is not shown or calculated anywhere on the website. The amount is determined by Sui blockchain validators, not us. The gas fee is collected by Sui blockchain validators, not us.
3. Any game rule (e.g., win rate, payout ratio, RTP, etc.) presented on the website may not be accurate. The rules that are written in smart contracts are the only source of truth.
4. You are responsible for doing your own research on each UI element on the website. We do not guarantee that the UI will function without errors, delays or interruptions. Technical issues may occur at any time and may cause you to lose your crypto assets.
5. Any time before confirming a transaction in your wallet, you can check the transaction details and decide whether to proceed or cancel the transaction. We do not guarantee that the transaction details correctly reflect your intent.
6. All game outcomes are determined by Sui blockchain’s on-chain randomness. It’s fair, unpredictable, unbiased and completely random. Under any circumstances, we do not and cannot influence the game outcomes.
7. We do not hold any crypto assets of yours at any time.
8. Even if you do nothing on the website and just hold your crypto assets in your wallet, the fiat value of your crypto assets may change due to market volatility.
9. Anyone can see your wallet actions on the blockchain.
10. You use the website purely for fun and entertainment purposes.
11. You have not been diagnosed with any mental illness that may impair your ability to make decisions.

4. Eligibility

By using the website and services, you represent and warrant that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access the website through your internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.
